The Hell Fire Brigade ranks structure is simple. There are not many ranks within the Hell Fire Brigade.

1.) Hell Fire Brigadier
2.) Hell Fire Lieutenant
3.) Hell Fire Captain
4.) Hell Fire General
5.) Hell Fire Commander

Each of these ranks are able to be filled. There is only one commander and they report to the Lord. The Hell Fire Generals are 4 rank slots, Captain is 6 slots, and the Lieutenant is 10 slots. The brigadier are open to as many as needed by the Hell Fire Commander. So if the commander only wishes to have a platoon of 10 then that is what he wants.
